Rachel is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations and helping teams operate effectively as they bring innovative healthcare solutions to life. Her experience spans two decades of legal and corporate administration experience in the medical device industry.

Prior to joining 4Front, Rachel worked at innovative medical device companies, where she was responsible for key legal and compliance functions. She provided market access strategies, assisted in developing resources and deliverables demonstrating product clinical and economic value, negotiated terms and drafted various contracts, and managed corporate compliance activities and policies.
