Shantoria (“Tori”) has almost 15-years of experience providing outstanding hotline and case management support within the healthcare industry. She handles multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and has proven expertise in office administration and customer support surrounding medical benefits. 

Tori helps our clients’ customers by answering complex coding and payment questions as well as facilitating access through the prior authorization and appeals process. Her attention to detail and resolving coding and access issues makes her a valuable member of the 4Front team.
