Shelby is an integral member of the reimbursement strategy team responsible for developing market access solutions for innovative new technologies.  She develops economic models using clinical, claims, and market data to show therapy value.  

Over the last decade, Shelby conducted numerous meetings with providers and clients nationally to address reimbursement and health economic barriers driving product uptake. During that time, she developed and implemented a comprehensive global reimbursement strategy including evidence-generation plans, reimbursement submissions, and analyses of global funding mechanisms to drive patient access. In addition, she championed overturning a negative medical coverage policy, affecting over 25 million lives.
